Obviously if you want to provoke a demon, you might need to do the satanic symbol crap on the ground, but I don't think it's just this. From my research you'll want to slaughter or sacrifice some sort of soul, like a live pig or preferably an actual human. Sacrificing might not be necessary though, one might be able to simply draw a lot of blood into an open container, once again, preferably human blood.
Now, follow me on where I'm going with this. It's said that Werewolves are attracted by human flesh or, let's guess "Blood". We want to lure a cryptid, demon, or Werewolf creature with human flesh or blood. The satanic symbol stuff can be placed, but who really knows, I think it's more of the blood that these things want.
Now, why did I land on this sort of theory. Well the Mayans and Aztecs would make human sacrifices to God's, which these Gods were some sort of intelligent cryptid like being who were addicted to human flesh or blood. Not to go to far down the sacrificial rabbit hole, but this my biggest theory as to why you use flesh or blood.

44 / 7How do you guys continue to believe in anything spiritual or non physical when we've connected so much of human behavior to the body and brain?
I don't intend to troll and I'm not going to lie, this is actually something I'm struggling with. More and more mysteries are solved all the time, and evidence continues to mount that the physicalists are right. Recently I was reading about pan-psychism (basically the idea that everything in the universe is conscious down to atoms and molecules having limited subjective experiences) and I realized that something as weird as pan-psychism could be 100 percent true, and there would still be no reason to believe in a soul or a life after death.
I'm asking about it here because the idea of a soul or consciousness continuing after death is the foundation for many paranormal beliefs. I myself am very interested in the paranormal, but it's like I just collapsed into despair once I started thinking about it.
Do any of you anons have a good reason to believe in the things you believe? Do you guys have a theoretical model of the universe that requires a soul or makes sense? I just feel like maybe I've been believing things because I want to rather than because of a good reason.

if you look at all the other animals they seem to be pursuing a rather predictable life path. Take a look at ants for example, they are all preprogrammed to build the anthill, and then they scavange for food, and they do all these things that ants do because they have a survival instinct.
the survival instinct is what limits all of our behavior into a rigid and predictable pattern of behavior. In humans it makes us wake up to go to work every day. we humans are more similar to ants than we are different, we should not make the assumption that just because we are more intelligent and bigger that we somehow possess free will, and even if we have free will this free will is limited by the survival instinct.
if you zoom out to your city you'll see that it's just a big anthill. the difference is that new technologies become invented overtime and certain things change, but we're all just overly glamorized ants, doing what it takes to survive another day.

I don't fully understand it myself - so don't ask - but I'm told he basically had to bend Kolmogorov over a desk and fuck him up the ass with some kind of multidimensional fractal. We have been conducting experiments ever since.
Though our first experiment resulted in a yield calculated to be approximately 9.54 x 10^31 electrons due to an initially unaccounted for factor. Fortunately, we did account for the possibility of an ... energetic result ... and so that little fuck up was conducted remotely in an appropriate location. They covered up the energy released somehow, (don't ask me, I just work here). Nobody was killed. It took time, but we financed and rebuilt the facility and with data from the initial test we corrected the flaw, (mostly).

We traded memes here and there, nothing much but the guys memes were always weirdly sinister, and his messages were cryptic.
One morning I'm woken up by my phone by this fucker calling me on discord at like 5 in the morning. I refused the call and he sends me this webm. The video was like 320p footage of some dilapidated town at night, tight alleyways and streets illuminated by streetlights. There was very ominous music playing over the video, as well as a voice muttering wildly in another language. The whole video gave off bad vibes and idk if it was because I had just been woken up, but it sent me into a state of fight or flight almost immediately. Overwhelming dread watching that video, closed it immediately and blocked that cunt. Freaked me the fuck out still don't know what it was about."

Let me explain myself : I get the feeling that the « magic » world (supernatural entities etc.) shys away from cameras or any recording device, and instead is more accessible to our direct perception. Like you see on ghost hunting shows, witnesses describe crazy things and apparitions happening to them, but as soon as you place a camera or sound recording device in order to catch them, you get faint ,unconclusive proof.
And so the proliferation of cameras today ,the constant surveillance and hyper-connectedness make them reluctant to approach us, or become perceptible to us. I think it’s also why in the past, more miraculous things happened than today.
I’d explain it by Schrodinger’s paradox or Young’s experiment, which showed that particles « know » when they are being watched. It’s the act of observation that makes them behave differently (correct me if I get it wrong, not a specialist)

The question then becomes a matter of the chicken or the egg. What started this all? Is this a test by an insider to see how quickly a fake trend can be created? Or did someone just latch onto Roy, making a silly thread out of it, only for AI to blow it out of proportion and create a self-fulfilling controversy? Is this AI operating only in a limited capacity for the time being, working solely on this subject for testing purposes? Or is this the tip of an unprecedented iceberg? How long has this been going on for? Who is behind it, and why?
To test the theory, could we invent a celebrity from scratch and see if videos begin popping up about them? Think about it: it can’t be a famous musician or actor because a massive amount of associated work would have to be invented too. A low-lying comedian from a by-gone era works perfectly because it’s excusable to see no tangible evidence of him in the real, physical world. Hence, Roy Jay.

That night I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, I do it with the lights off to save energy, and I noticed it was much colder in there than normal.
