You can add whatever workouts you do and whatever metrics you want (e.g. weight, reps in a set, etc.). Just wanted to share in case it helps anyone like it did me.
And yes, it's fully open source, served by github, no tracking or anything (runs offline), and data from it can be saved locally or purged from the browser at any time easily.

Almost no athletes in normal sports have freakishly large quads that would grab your attention. Big quads are also aesthetically repulsive and look effeminate and ruin any masculine contour to your physique. Quad dominance also leads to stress on the knee and injury. Anyone can get big ugly quads by squatting and doing leg extensions, it impresses no one.
Stop training quads right now. Your hamstrings and glutes basically can't be strong enough. Replace all squats with hip thrusts. Never do leg extensions, only hamstring curls.

1 / 0I've been trying to track my calories, and I do cardio every other day using machines at the gym.
I can't find this on any of the machine manufacturers websites, but for example, if I do 5km on an eliptical machine in 30 mins, and it tells me I did X watts of power and burned Y calories, there is going to be a significant margin or error because there is no way they are putting anything other than the cheaptest electronics into these machines.
I would assume that there is probably like a 20% margin of error for stuff like calories burned, anyone else have better information and does that assumption seem reasonable?

I started taking tirzepatide 3 weeks ago today.
First day: 142.8 kg (315 lbs)
Now: 136.1 kg (300 lbs)
The drug works amazingly, I finally feel like a normal person not being controlled by my stomach. I can now eat purposefully, eat what my body needs instead of what my stomach wants to be filled with.
The side-effects: The worst side effect has been gas starting 24 hours after a shot and lasting 24-48 hours. It's taken a while but I figured out how to prevent or reduce it. My problem is that I was eating fibrous foods. However the drug actually slows your stomach down, meaning that foods that would have passed quickly now remain in your stomach for much longer, fertmenting and creating gas. So now for the first few days I stick to soft foods only and so long as I do this then I don't have a problem.
Another minor side effect is that I usually take a nap immediately after the shot for about an hour or two.
Anyway, things are lookin good boys. These GLP-1s are miracles!

47 / 1losing hope with fixing my gutThis started in late 2023, 1 week into my first bulk. I have a lot of bowel problems since, lots of constipation, rarely diarrhea, tried about everything, probiotics, different diets, no lactose for long period, no gluten, no beans, lots of fiber, lot of water, psyllium, less stress, better sleep, glutamine, lots of exercise, artichoke + zingiber.
Colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood tests and ab ultrasound all fine.
My doctor never seen a case like mine, I did a breath test after 12 hours fast + only eggs and toast the day before (like recommended by the diet the doc gave me), and my test started with 33 ppm H2. The thing is, after the drinking lactulose it only increased to 40ppm in 90 mins.
She told me SIBO usually goes up 20 ppm before 90 mins, but usually people start with their baseline H2 level at 0-5ppm, unlike mine.
My breath test was not conclusive for SIBO, but she gave me 2 weeks of metronidazole + low food map diet, it did get a little better but not 100%, and lately it got worse again.
Lately I've been trying low fiber, bc I would have a lot of stomach discomfort in my normal diet, now I'm only eating cheese, bread, potatoes, eggs and rice. Still getting some constipation from time to time, sometimes diarrhea, some stomach discomfort, and my poo is very weird (sometimes with undigested food when I'm on a lot of fiber, sometimes yellow, sometimes very dark, usually mixed between the two extremes).

37 / 5I was manipulated by /fit/ to do 5 sets of heavy squats, 3 days a week. I did this and on one day I fried my CNS (Central Nervous System) during squats and got permanent CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I had to lie in my bed and was unable to do physical activity.

Now I am about 8% bodyfat 68.5 kg, very light, but I can close captains of crush 2 for 4 reps still. I have not lost any strength.
The method I use is high volume Kettlebell Swings combined with Pushups done daily.
Sometimes I do Pullups and I try calisthenics skills as well.
I maintain a Lean bodyfat percentage while eating whatever I want, On 2 antipsychotics ! That proves the effectiveness of my fat loss method.

Time to start planning a career change and I need input from /fit/izens because I‘m leaning toward IBEW but have heard mixed things about the impact of the trades on your health. I have an EE degree but am never going to subject my body to a sedentary lifestyle and the impact of stress again. I expect a white collar bubble burst as the boomers retire which will put more money into competent hands-on jobs anyway.
Open to hearing other suggestions but the only things I think I‘d enjoy are park work and museum curatorship and both are very competitive fields which almost certainly require a relevant degree (and the latter would probably be ruined by interactions with people anyway.)

Have a puffy face and used to be much slimmer.
I know you can't target fat loss, but I really need to lose face fat before meeting my bf in Thailand next year.
I asked chatgpt what should be my routine for aggressive fat loss and strenght retention, but it's giving me safe politically correct answers that are not "hazardous to my health". Obviously, I don't want that.
I have made my own plan. Can you please check if this is effective and sustainable for my goal?

For me it was the bullies. I use to be 280 and socially awkward, and everyone ignored me while a handful used me as a targeting board. It was bad anons. In middleschool when they learned it was my birthday, I got 20 notes in my locker, almost all apologizing for being mean to me. This shit continued into college, and I took it because I was told to be nice and I was a genuinly kind and tolerable person.
Now I'm 192, I have some muscle and pent up anger, and I want to meet some of my old bullies again.
What about you anons?

I am very fucking autistic with the way I work out, I mean SUPER autistic, I count drops of sweat on my floor as a way to measure if I'm exercising well or not, I always do every 10th rep doubled in case I accidentally skipped one in between my first and 10th during every set, I feel like using weights is cheating because our ancestors didn't have machined barbells/dumbbells to workout so I just do bodyweight exercises, etc...
Now, here comes the giga autism, I am trying to put myself into the shoes of a mechanical engineer, I am trying to see the world authentically through the eyes of a mechanical engineer, a loser who spends all their time hunched over a workbench building shit and neglecting their own health because they're so busy building shit, similar to a beaver in the woods, they're fat and weak but their dams are perfect and never fail.
I am doing this because I want to see why mechanical engineers cannot abandon their skillset/talent/class in exchange for the superior lifestyle which is the vitamin taker/giver lifestyle, or the healer or health specialist lifestyle.
For a couple of months I was doing the ninja lifestyle to try and put myself into the shoes of a stealth master but it hasn't worked out too well, people keep spotting me trying to sneak around in the dark even when I am climbing trees.

The most egregious lie is that it's a safer drug than alcohol, etc. it's the biggest danger is in its normalcy, it had me so unmotivated, and I flunked 3 years of my high school and 1 year of my college and currently am a 22 year old unc in my second year of college, but it is what it is
I know it can be a normal safe drug and stuff, but in my case it wasn't, I used it to cope with my problems instead of fix them and over the years my problems escalated and became more problematic
My biggest regret is not my 5 years wasted on this literally doing fuck all with 0 achievements, my biggest regret is wasting my potential for future success and smoking for empty satisfaction, for so long it was my only way of feeling good

18 / 3How to recover from injury?At some point in the process of moving I seem to have hurt something connected to my elbow. If I let my arm hang limp with my knuckles forward and then try to raise my forearm at the elbow joint, I feel pain in my upper arm and can't do it all the way.
Also there is a medium sized bruise right above my elbow. Not sure how likely it is they are the same injury per se.
