16 / 0OP Calorie Meals/DrinksTo cut you a long story short I got complete appetite suppression. It looks to be permanant at the moment and is a pain in the balls. I can feel the horrible affects of hunger like lack of energy feeling off and hangry etc all the way to feeling horrible if I'm behind on numerous meals.

Wanted to ask you anons what sort of liquid meals or similar help you to get your nutrition/calories up. I've tried a lot of "meal replacements" and found that they're not feeding me at all compared to other stuff I've tried.

Also in case anyone asks I'm not on medication and yes I've spoken to doctors about this but in my country every time i bring it up the doctors or nurses just say they envy me and can't really imagine there being any need to help someone who literally cannot feel the hungry or the urge to go and eat something

Okay, so if I did back squats for a standard 5x5 with 85%, and instead of doing something like leg extensions or leg curls for 3x10, I would do something like deep sissy squats with just my bodyweight and contracted isometrically at the bottom for 30 seconds, repeating 2 to 3 times. After that, horizontal splits, contracting hard at the bottom.

Are hard isometrics good for hypertrophy after a main barbell lift?
