Since January I've been on the reddit fitness wiki dumbbell PPL amd have been decently consistent in running it 2x a week. I'm switching to a 5x a week M-F PPLPP instead of 6x a week due to a schedule change at work. I also walk for a hour every day after I lift.
I eat 2000 or less calories a day since I am still trying to cut but eat 140-160g of protein daily.
My question is: How much progress can I expect to make in 6 months of consistent lifting?
I lifted in my early 20s for a year or so but other than that I'm basically untrained.
I feel like I've made decent progress. My lifts are progressing for the most part and I've seen some muscle definition but I'm wondering what is realistic for someone like me?

I am so dependent on watermelon that I have watermelon redundancy. At any given time there are 2 watermelons in the fridge cold and ready, in case I open one and it's bad. I live with my mommy and if she cuts the watermelon wrong I get very angry. Sometimes she really brutalizes the watermelon and it fucks up my whole watermelon experience, so I've started buying 3 watermelons now. 2 for redundancy, and an extra one for her so she won't fuck up my good one. She then tells me I'm wasting food, but I tell her that it's the cost of doing business.
In terms of picking watermelon I've become quite the watermelon whisperer. I went to the watermelon bucket at the walmart and observed all the negros and how they pick their watermelon. Like the Lisan Al Gaib, I learned their ways as if I was born to them. The exterior should be a deep green, with multiple shades of green covering the full spectrum of light required to produce a complex, rich flavor. The sound after a knock must be "hollow", or resonate nicely, indicating the internal structure is tight and crisp, and not mushy that it would absorb the sound waves instead of reflecting them back. A deep creamy yellow spot is preferred on the bottom, it doesn't need to be too big but it must be there, that the watermelon was well supported in its growth. It must be high density and feel heavy, or there are air pockets and cracks on the interior that compromise the structure. There are also correlations with the stem which I am continuing to investigate, but the elders teach this bears on the size of the "grain" of the interior structure, where a dry and slightly withered stem is preferred to a wet and youthful stem. If we consider that the watermelon is made up of many interlocking pockets of juice, the "grain" is the size of these pockets. Smaller grain is certainly preferred, but a large grain may still be enjoyed.

(video)26 / 0GOMAD Diet: Should You Try It?I was wondering whether or whether not to follow GOMAD. You drink a gallon of milk a day which is roughly 4.5L of milk. You do this every day. In a month you gain about 11lbs which is close to 5kg. This is for very skinny people who can’t gain weight. This provides a lot of calories and protein. Approx 2,500 calories and probably 120g of protein. You still need to eat 3 meals (each 500 calories) alongside the milk.
However, you will be consuming excess sodium and calcium which is very very bad for you. Also, this plan works properly when you do a heavy lifting workout. Those extra calories will be stored as muscle. With this diet, you become stronger, gain weight, become broader and gain either fat or muscle. We want to gain lean muscle not fat. With doing a 5X5 workout alongside this plan, you will achieve 60% muscle and 40% fat. The fat can be burned out afterwards.
I was wondering if I should do this plan? It’s very dangerous and has side effects plus I’d be too fat. I’m thinking of drinking perhaps a litre of milk everyday. That’s much safer. It’ll put 660 calories on me plus that’s 35g of protein. It’s much safer.
I’m currently 63.6 KG and want to gain roughly 17KG. It would take me about 3 weeks with this plan. However, I cannot be asked for workout. This would result in a lot of fat and a lot of belly fat. It would be very hard to lose this belly fat.
What is your advice?

4 / 0Is this good work out advice?Work out twice a week, not three times a week. First two sets are the heaviest you can do a 5 rep max on, if you can do more than that, don't, just do 5 reps then wait 60 seconds, do another set of 5 reps. Now do 5 sets of 20 reps, 60 second break between each.
I got this advice from a friend, he's really huge so I believe him but what do you guys think?
